Muneeb Butt & Family Drop All Charges Against Feroze Khan

Pakistani actor Muneeb Butt and Feroze Khan have resolved their differences over the controversial “leak of personal details” of several other actors, including Butt’s wife Aiman Khan, by Khan.

The Habs actor had made public the contact details of various celebrities, including mobile phone numbers and addresses, who accused him of being an “abusive partner in marriage.”

Butt had lodged a complaint against Khan with the Federal Investigation Agency’s cyber crime cell. However, after a long-standing dispute, Butt announced that he had dropped all charges against Khan.

He urged people to respect their privacy as it was their “private matter” and shared a picture with Khan, saying they have resolved the matter per their elders’ advice and will keep a “mutual relationship of respect and love” in the future.

Meanwhile, Khan clarified that he had failed to notice that the legal notice contained the personal details of the respondents, and he deleted the post as soon as he realized that he had made a mistake.

Taking to social media, Muneed Butt wrote:

“I Muneeb Butt and family hereby state that to give us pain and mental distress wasn’t FK’s [Feroze Khan] intention, it was a mistake. I announce to drop all the charges.” He added “Honorable judiciary is still hearing Feroze Khan & Syeda Aliza’s case, we have full faith in our judicial system the verdict court will give we will stand by that it’s their private matter and everyone should respect their privacy and restrain from commenting’

The actor also shared a picture with Feroze saying that they have decided to resolve the matter between them as per their elders’ advice and they will keep a “mutual relationship of respect and love” in the future.

The Khaani actor also shared a post on Instagram clarifying that he had “failed to notice” that the legal notice (against the celebrities) contained the personal details of the respondents when it was posted on his Instagram earlier this year.

“As soon as I realised, I deleted the post immediately within minutes,” he wrote. Feroze further stated that he knew the importance of privacy and he was extremely sorry “if any of my colleagues had to go through any inconvenience”.

Feroze Khan Files Petition Against Aliza Sultan for Allegedly Submitting False Documents

Actor Feroze Khan has reportedly submitted another petition against his ex-wife Aliza Sultan. According to the petition, Khan claims that the evidence of domestic abuse submitted by Aliza is fake and should be discarded.

As a response, Sultan’s brother expressed his disappointment, stating that there are “plenty of photos and documents that we do not wish to display.”

Khan’s lawyer, while speaking to the media, claimed that the evidence submitted is ‘invalid’ and “does not stand for anything in Feroze’s legal battle against his ex-wife.”

While addressing the press, he alleged that Aliza and her lawyer had deceived the court by presenting “phoney paperwork,” since Aliza had “not reported Feroze to the police” while being married to him.

On the other hand, Aliza Sultan’s brother Ahsan Raza, stated:

“We have plenty of photos and documents that we do not wish to display,” he said. “And we did not wish to display earlier photos either but they were forced to be made public because they were contained in a court document.”

Ahsan added, “The lawyers are saying that the pictures are of an eye allergy. Well, in an eye allergy, the eye does not swell up like that. They also failed to bring up the forensic of the pictures.” He assured, “there are many pictures of Aliza which they have as evidence.” Ahsan also said that “the court did not discuss the abuse; hence, more evidence will be provided.”

The court had not yet officially released any statement in regard to the evidence and its authenticity as of yet.

Feroze Khan Expected to Pay 1 Lac per Child: Lawyer

Feroze Khan and Syeda Aliza’s divorce has been a topic of interest for some time now.

It all started when Aliza made an alleged claim that Feroze was a toxic and abusive husband and has even held a gun to her head, and now for the sake of her children, she has decided to separate.

In her public statement, Aliza Sultan Khan wrote,

“Our marriage of four years was utter chaos. In addition to continuous physical and psychological violence during this period, I had to endure infidelity, blackmailing and degradation at my husband’s hands. After careful consideration, I have reached the sad conclusion that I cannot spend my whole life in this horrific manner. The welfare and well-being of my children have played a significant role in this decision. I do not want them to grow up in a toxic, unhealthy and violent household. I’m afraid that their mental development and approach to life would be negatively impacted by exposure to such a hostile environment. No kid should ever have to grow up feeling violence to be a normal part of relationships. I would rather teach them that no wounds are too deep to be healed, no scars too shameful to be concealed at the cost of one’s safety.”

Following this, Feroze made a statement, claiming that she is not ‘financially stable’ to raise both children as she has no employment or income. He also filed a petition in family court for custody and visiting rights for his kids.

Feroz Khan’s attorney claims that the woman was not submissive to her husband. He continued by saying that because she is a “careless” woman, the star cannot leave his kids in her care. The actor was granted permission by the court to see his children after the hearing.

However, in the latest developments, Galaxy Lollywood claimed that Aliza requested that Feroze should pay 1 lac per month, for each child. Since her son studies in an expensive private school and her daughter is a newborn, so just her milk and diaper expenditure is unaffordable for her as she doesn’t work. However, Feroze refused to pay the required amount and stated that he can only provide her with twenty thousand for both children, instead of 2 lacs.

This amount is now in discussion in between their lawyers.

Since then, the couple has been in and out of the headlines. Parents of two beautiful children, the couple had their ups and downs but finally decided to part ways after 4 years.

However, after the news of the divorce, Syeda Aliza took to her Instagram to pen down an emotional note that mirrors her life for the past couple of years.

This not tells us that Syeda Aliza has been a victim of domestic abuse, moreover, she has had to face significant emotional trauma and damage along with physical torture.

On the other hand, Feroze Khan has also responded with a statement. He pens:

Our hearts go out to the family and pray that they find the courage and ray of hope to move forward.
