To make this you simply need 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon coconut oil. You will need to blend both oils well together and then apply the oil mix to your roots, and then massage your scalp. Let it sit for 30-45 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
2. Coconut Cream, Cocoa Powder, & Cinnamon
This trio is an excellent go-to approach for hair thinning as it promotes hair thickness because of its rich antioxidant properties and ability to stimulate blood flow for better results. To make this magic mixture you’ll need:
- 5 ounces coconut cream
- 1/2 cocoa powder (no sugar added)
- 3/4 tablespoon powdered cinnamon
Simply take a bowl and mix also three ingredients together until the texture is smooth and creamy. Damp your hair and start applying the mixture from the root to the tip and cover with a plastic cap. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water. Shampoo as usual, and you will notice the difference.
