Social media has been flooded with news of Foreign Minister and Pakistan People’s Party’s Chairman(PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari tying the knot with PPP’s leader Ruqia Khanum Soomro’s daughter, Mahenoor Soomro.
Previously Bilawal had dropped a few hints that he might be getting married, and soon social media was filled with this news.
Last month, the 34-year-old was regularly questioned about his marriage, and this time PPP Chairman was questioned about getting married while attending the UN General Assembly.
In a video that was going viral on social media, a foreign newspaper writer is overheard asking Bilawal, “There are my Pakistani friends asking if you have any plans to marry.”
The PPP Chairman stepped aside and said, “I’m in a hurry.” The young politician now appears to be giving a scripted response after previously revealing that he has possibly accepted a proposal.
However, Mahenoor Somro has taken to her official Twitter account to break the silence.
Turns out, the news of them getting hitched is fake. She tweeted:

While Somro has claimed the news is a hoax, their followers want this news to be true. One Twitter user writes ‘Tbh it is not a bad idea, both look good & will make a great couple.’
