Yet another Pakistani celebrity couple took it to Instagram and other social media to announce they’re parting ways. Reportedly, actor Imran Ashraf and his wife Kiran have now mutually parted ways.
The news comes as a shock to many of their followers, however, for a few, it was not a surprise. It was reported that the couple had already separated. This was evident through the stories they shared on social media.
Once, a story was shared by Imran Ashraf’s wife in which it was written that a woman only needs loyalty from her partner. Whereas the divorce was announced through a small note, reading:
With a heavy heart, we announce that we have mutually and respectfully decided to part ways. The primary concern for both of us will remain our son, Roham for whom we will continue to be the best possible parents. We request the fans, well-wishers, and the media to support us during this time and give us the privacy we need to move on. Love and respect for all. Kiran and Imran.
Imran and Kiran are not the first couples to part ways this year. Just a couple of days ago, Lollywood diva Sana Fakhar announced her separation from her husband of 14 years, Fakhar Jaffry.
As per various news outlets, Fakhar Jaffry has expressed hopes to fix their broken marriage. He said all the allegations and news about Sana Fakhar were wrong.
Earlier, the 43-year-old actress took to her social media handle and wrote, “Breakups hurt but sometimes breaking a relationship is so much mandatory to save yourself to break so much. With all the respect me and Fakhar after several years of marriage through highs and lows decided to take a separate path.”
Before that, Feroze Khan and Syeda Aliza also announced their separation. Syeda Aliza took to her Instagram to pen down an emotional note that mirrors her life for the past couple of years.
She wrote:
Our marriage of four years was utter chaos. In addition to continuous physical and psychological violence during this period, I had to endure infidelity, blackmail, and degradation at my husband’s hands. After careful consideration, I have reached the sad conclusion that I cannot spend my whole life in this horrific manner.

Furthermore, fans were already speculating on the divorce rumours for some time now but were confirmed they had separated when Aly changed her surname two days ago. Sources officially confirmed the news that the couple has called it quits. Sajal and Ahad tied the knot in March 2020 and separated in March 2022.

In between, many other couples in the local and international industry also announced the news of separation. Sylvester Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin, has filed for divorce, Johnny Knoxville filed for divorce from his second wife, Candice Accola has filed for divorce from Joe King, among more.
