The McKinsey Forward Program is a 6-month course offered by McKinsey for individuals across Pakistan, Turkey, the Middle East and other countries.

The aim of the program is to help equip the next generation of young talent with the practical skills needed to thrive in a professional environment. As of now, the platform has benefitted 100,000 learners.

According to the website, the program focuses on leadership, business, and digital skills that are relevant and transferrable across industries and roles and targets people with less than five years of work experience.

“We know that this generation of young talent is beginning their careers in an increasingly complex, fast-paced world of work,” added May Wazzam, who leads Forward for McKinsey. “Forward helps create a global community for young professionals to help boost their confidence, grow in their careers, and build connections with people all around the world,” she concluded.

It begins with exploring foundational skills and then applying them to case studies based on real-world scenarios. You will ultimately be able to develop new behaviours through ongoing reflection and peer learning. At the end of the program, receive a McKinsey Forward digital badge and join an exclusive global network of young, life-long learners.
