Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Alumnus Mr. Abdul Rafay Sheikh has become the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of multinational coffee and doughnut company Dunkin’ Pakistan.
Mr. Abdul Rafay Sheikh was made CEO after almost 4 years of him joining the company. A great jump start to his career, indeed. He joined Dunkin’ as a Business Associate in 2018. He was promoted two more times before becoming the CEO, once in 2019 as an Area Operations Manager (July 2019 – June 2020) and in 2020 as an Operations Manager (July 2020 – March 2022).
Before joining Dunkin’, Mr. Abdul Rafay Sheikh was a part of several other companies. In the span of 4 years, he joined Project Resource, Sales Intern, Dalda Foods Limited as Trade Marketing and Sales Intern, and

IBA also congratulated him on his latest achievement. Earlier, another IBA alumnus from the class of 1988, Sabir Sami, made headlines for becoming the CEO of the global division of KFC. The institute is producing ‘leaders for tomorrow’ – true to its tagline.
