Pakistani Anayah Naveed Dar has made the nation proud by winning a Gold Medal in Jiu-Jitsu Competition held in Abu Dhabi.
The 7-year-old is a multi-talented by the looks of her Instagram where she also announced the news of her winning the price. As per her post, she represented Pakistan in the under 28 weight category and secured the first position.
Her astonishing triumph has won her the title of Pakistan’s youngest Jiu-Jitsu and MMA fighter. In the first set, Dar defeated Russian player Latifa in the first set and UAE’s Shamsa in the second match.
Photos of Dar from the competition were uploaded on her Instagram with a lengthy post where she thanked her coaches for her success. The post read, “Today I have won for Pakistan on the international platform and have become the Youngest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Player and MMA Fighter of Pakistan by bagging a gold medal in the under 28 weight category at the International Jiu-Jitsu Festival 2022 in Abu Dhabi. Alhamdulillah!”
All her victories are dedicated to her country, Pakistan,” All my hard work has paid off, and the dream to represent Pakistan on an international platform through my MMA and Jiu-Jitsu has been fulfilled today! All my victories are dedicated to my country, Pakistan!”
She thanked coaches who showed constant support for her and guided her throughout the process, “This could not have been possible without the constant support and guidance of my coaches @rustyfit90 and @_____gold__life_____ who made sure that I become the champion in this category for my country through their efforts.This is just a start, many more will come for Pakistan.”
She concluded the post by thanking her fans for the support they have shown which helped her achieve her dreams, “Thank you all who always showed their support to make me achieve this dream of making Pakistan proud through my games.”
