“It’s sadly commonplace for newcomers to accept such behavior as the norm,” Bee remarked with conviction, dispelling the notion that the industry is immune to such misconduct.
“This is a widespread issue. Women anticipate it and brace themselves, understanding that they may need to compromise their integrity or appearance.”
Bee asserts that trading sexual favors is often seen as a necessary means to advance one’s career, leaving many women with little choice but to acquiesce. “For numerous individuals, it’s seen as a prerequisite for success, regardless of their talents as performers.”
Acknowledging the time constraints faced by actresses over 35, Bee Gul emphasized the immense pressure they encounter to compromise their principles in the pursuit of success.
“There’s a limited window of opportunity,” she elaborated. “They can’t afford to linger in the struggle for too long. Relaxing the age barrier could potentially reshape the landscape.”

“I refrain from passing judgment on those who opt to compromise within a system stacked against them,” Bee clarified. “It’s a personal choice.” Nonetheless, she stressed her own decision to resist such pressures, despite tempting incentives.
