Pakistani celebrities were spotted at the Dubai Expo 2020, touring the Pakistan Pavilion, the land of colors. After all, the ‘Hidden Treasure’ popularity attracts people to visit and explore the pavilion.
Pakistani celebrities including Nadia Hussain, Aijaz Aslam, Ayesha Omar, Fakhar-e-Alam, Waseem Badami, and others were seen on social media being interviewed by Dubai-based publisher Khaleej Times. While speaking to the journalists at Dubai-based publication, the stars said they realized that the platform serves as a massive opportunity for the country. They were thankful to be given a chance to visit and promote their brands and promote women’s empowerment.
Ayesha Omar said, “we will be talking about women empowerment in Pakistan” on the platform. “How women are coming forward now, in the last 5 years, and in the future now, what women are going to be doing, how they are going to be putting Pakistani on the map.” Furthermore, the stars will be talking about the latest developments in the country, how to put Pakistan on the map in terms of business, and other opportunities at the event.

Dubai Expo 2020 is the most significant cultural gathering in the world. It is also the most prominent event ever held by the Arab world, celebrating the best creativity, culture, and innovation from 192 countries. There are plenty of exhibits and pavilions set up by participating countries that are worth visiting.
The 2020 edition of the Dubai Expo is expected to be visited by at least 25 million visitors throughout the passage of a six-month run.
As per Ayesha, Pakistan Pavilion is currently in the top 5 pavilions at the Dubai Expo 2020. It has inferred a significant number of visitors from France and India.
Nadia and Aijaz were also invited to an interview on Dubai based radio channel where the stars revealed interesting facts and had a great time with the host.
As per the official site of the Pakistan Pavilion, the principal curator, Noor Jehan Bilgrami, says that the Pakistan Pavilion “illuminates the unique jewels of Pakistan unknown to many, both within and outside the country. The narrative of the Pakistan Pavilion reflects the poetic way in which the past, present and future are woven together as a tapestry that reveals the rich and layered history, culture, people and traditions of this land, while also highlighting the immense potential and possibilities it holds for the future,” she added.
