Institute of Business Management (IBA) based in Karachi, also known as one of the best business schools in the country recently announced free-of-cost education for their faculty, staff, and their dependants. The announcement was made on IBA’s Facebook page that said, ” The IBA Karachi strongly believes in the personal and professional development of its community members and is pleased to announce that the faculty, staff and their dependants can now study at the IBA free-of-cost.”
The post continued clarifying that the policy will be applied for undergrad and grad programs and will be effective from Spring 2021,
“The policy will be effective from Spring 2021 semester and will be applied upon admission to our undergraduate and graduate programs.”
Obviously, an opportunity such as this doesn’t come this easy. A user pointed out that regardless of whether the candidate is associated with IBA’s staff, faculty, or is a staff or faculty member, he/she must clear the merit test which holds utmost importance to mark their position. Once the associated candidate clears the tests and proves his/ her capability accordingly, the institute will allow them to study free-of-cost.
IBA offers a total of 6 undergrad program which include BBA, BS (Accounting & Finance), BS (Computer Science), BS (Economics), BS (Economics & Mathematics), BS (Social Sciences & Liberal Arts) and a total of 10 grad programs including MBA, MBA (Executive), MS (Computer Science), MS (Data Science), MS (Finance), MS (Islamic Banking & Finance), MS (Journalism), MS (Management), MS (Mathematics).
It is notable to mention that the total cost of an undergrad degree from IBA can cost approx. 25 lacs or more for a span of 4 years. Considering the institute offers a great education, this is a great chance for faculty, staff, and their dependants to fulfil their dreams.
