The Mitacs Globalink Research Internship 2024 is a Canadian initiative aimed at empowering and educating international students by introducing them to Canadian research methodologies and techniques.

Eligibility Criteria for the Mitacs Globalink Research Internship 2025
- Applicants must be full-time undergraduate or combined undergraduate/master’s students from eligible institutions.
- Applicants must be from an eligible country: Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Mexico, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Tunisia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicants must have one to three semesters remaining as of Fall 2025.
- Applicants must be available for a 12-week internship in Canada.
- Applicants must apply to at least three and a maximum of seven projects, ensuring their selections are from at least three Canadian provinces.
