You must start your low-fat and calorie diet prior 3 months before the wedding and never skip your breakfast since it’s the most important meal of the day and your entire health depends on it. Instead of skipping a meal, take healthy snacks such as fruits and yogurt in smaller portions and drink 7-8 glasses of water everyday.

5. Pamper Your Skin
The most common problem a bride-to-be faces is stress acne and eye bags due to constant overthinking and sleepless nights just before her wedding. Do not go for scrubbing or bleaching your face ever. Eat healthy, fix your sleep schedule and follow a regular skincare routine for a fresh and glowing skin. Even if you end up spending a million bucks on your skin, nothing would work unless you do not fix your eating habits and sleep. Moreover, do not head out without applying a good sunblock followed by a moisturizer and get a good HydraFacial once a month.
