Always is a globally reputed brand known for selling feminine products. In Pakistan, Always has been carrying out women-centric campaigns to share awareness of menstruation health and how using rags instead of pads stops girls from moving forward in life through multiple campaigns.
The Always Puberty and Confidence Education Program has helped girls, teachers and parents for more than 35 years by providing free educational resources and samples that help girls understand the changes they will go through during puberty and how to cope with them. It also teaches confidence-building skills and educates both boys and girls about the changes they’ll go through at puberty.
In yet another attempt to normalize the use of pads and tampons, the accredited brand has partnered with a platform – Wonder Women – to install pad vending machines in schools and colleges across Pakistan under the campaign name #AlwaysAsani.
This exciting news was announced on Wonder Women and Always’ official social media accounts.
Moreover, Wonder Women writes:
We are excited to announce the partnership of Always x Wonder Women to bring Asani across educational institution in Pakistan.
Together Always Pakistan and Wonder Women aim to make menstrual hygiene products accessible for women through a wall-mounted vending machine that dispenses period products, installed in female restrooms, to create convenience for women by facilitating them with fast access to menstrual hygiene products.
Asani came into inception with the goal of making everyday lives of women hassle free and be a catalyst of active social participation. It lifts our spirits to see Procter & Gamble significantly contributing to this initiative.

These machines will make access to hygiene-friendly sanitary pads easier and more accessible. The machines are easy to use, and a guide is also available for the ease of the students.
It is high time we normalize talking about periods and stop hiding as there is nothing to be ashamed of. Menstruation is a natural phenomenon every girl experiences in her lifetime and needs to be accepted by society – judgement FREE.
#AlwaysAsani Machine Guide:
*The machine does not accept any other notes other than RS.100, RS.50 and Rs.20s.
*The cash acceptor detects fake and tempered notes (unfortunately a lot of tempered notes are circulated in our market)
*Avoid using notes of Rs.10 or Rs.500
*In case of any inconvenience, DM us right away (@wonderwomenpk)
