Alia Bhatt has shared dreamy wedding pictures with her Husband, Ranbir Kapoor, with an emotional note.
Bhatt shared a series of photos on Instagram of her and her husband Ranbir Kapoor looking regal as ever in their wedding outfits by Bollywood’s favorite designer for the wedding ceremonies, Sabyasachi.
Alia captioned the photos, “Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favorite spot – the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites.”
She concluded, “Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special.”
What did the Bride and Groom Wore?
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor both opted for Sabyasachi. For the wedding ceremony, Alia wore a hand-dyed ivory organza sari embroidered with tilla work and an embroidered handwoven tissue veil. The outfit was paired with Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery featuring uncut diamonds and hand-strung pearls.
Ranbir wore an embroidered silk sherwani with Sabyasachi uncut diamond buttons, a silk organza safa and shawl with zari marori embroidery. The kilangi by Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery features uncut diamonds, emeralds and pearls and a multistrand pearl necklace.
