Ghar Titli Ka Pa actress Sanam Chaudhry has made a special announcement on her birthday. The star has stepped down from her acting career and ‘turned towards Allah’.
It is not the first time an actor has bid farewell to their well-established careers in the industry to follow the righteous path. Many celebrities, including Junaid Jamshed, Rabi Pirzada, Feroze Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Zainab Jamil, Sana Khan, Noor Bukhari, etc have also followed the same path.
On Thursday, Sanam uploaded a clip of her family’s celebratory surprise on her latest decision in life. Safe to say, the actress’s husband and family have truly shown her love and kindness. “My family welcomed me this way, on turning to Allah … this is so heartwarming… Thank you,” she captioned the clip.
Officially, the actress has not mentioned that she has quit as yet exclusively. However, fans suggest her removing all her photos from social media is a sign that she has joined the path of righteousness. She will no longer be able to pursue the same career or, as a matter of fact, in the same capacity.
The actress left behind only pictures of her Nikkah ceremony. She wrote in another post, “I got my answer from learning Quran … And I turn to Him with all my heart Allah tera shuker ♥️.”
Sanam is married to a music artist Somee Chauhan. Her Instagram bio now says, “A Muslim, a mother and learning Islam, the deen of our creator Allah.”
