Eid Telefilms have become a tradition in Pakistan. It is almost as if the local channels didn’t release telefilms; you would sense that something is missing.
We will be celebrating Eid in full zeal this time as the pandemic is almost over. While you will meet friends and family on this festive occasion, you will also want to watch something exciting. ARY Digital has planned our Eids to become more happening by airing four telefilms during three days of Eid-ul-Fitr next week. Isn’t that exciting?
We have listed down below four telefilms for you to check out:
1 – Siwaiyaan
Actors Yasir Hussain and Sonya Hussyn are starring in an Eid telefilm titled “Siwaiyaan”. This telefilm is a murder mystery but has an element of comedy to keep it light during Eid. The show is written and directed by Bilal Atif Khan. The film revolves around a couple whose families are visiting them on Eid expecting them to announce that they are expecting a child but in reality wish to reveal that they are getting a divorce while also hiding dead bodies in their house. The telefilm will be up on ARY Digital.
2 – Kaanpain Taang Rahi Hain
Actors Aijaz Aslam, Sahiba Rambo, and Hina Dilpazeer are starring in an Eid telefilm titled “Kaanpain Taang Rahi Hain,” inspired by a Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s slip of the tongue at one of PDM’s rallies. We can tell that we are in for some laughs from the title. The show was produced by Zeeshan Khan and directed by Mazhar Moin. The story revolves around a woman who comes up with Ponzi schemes to become wealthy. The telefilm will be up on ARY Digital this Eid-ul-Fitr.
3 –Â Chand Raat Aur Chandni
Actors Shahzad Sheikh and Alizeh Shah will be appearing on your TV screens this Eid for a love story titled ‘Chand Raat Aur Chandni’ in an Eid telefilm. The story revolves around a young man who falls in love with a girl next door but never tells her. When he founds out that she’s tieing the knot, he goes to extreme lengths to stop her wedding and kidnaps her to keep her with him. Actors Ayaz Samoo, Nazrul Hassan, Ismail Tara, and Hina Rizvi would also be a part of the rom-com. The telefilm will be broadcast on ARY Digital.
4 – Hum Aur Ghum
Actors Aagha Ali and Hareem Farooq will be appearing together in an upcoming Eid telefilm called “Hum Aur Ghum.” The telefilm has been directed by Kashif Saleem and will be aired on Ary Digital. In supporting roles, you will see actors Nausheen Shah, Hassan Ahmed, and others.

Suppose you are not a fan of family gatherings and elaborate feasts. In that case, there are high chances that you are looking for other ways of entertainment this festive season, and what place is better to turn to if not our local entertainment industry. This time around on Eid-ul-Fitr, many eid special telefilms are scheduled to release on days 1, 2, and 3. This means you will have something or the other to watch, no matter what Eid day you wish to sit back and enjoy.
