The food cart owner revealed the one secret ingredient that makes the drink completely different from all the beverages already available in the city of light. One would not be able to guess the secret ingredient which is ‘bread’. Yes! That’s correct, it is none other than the bread one indulges in for breakfast on a daily basis. The contemporary combination of bread, yoghurt, ice and any flavoured syrup makes this amazing drink that people are loving.
It seems like the Pakistani Turkish yoghurt drink stall owner has added his own touch to Ayran as the original Turkish drink recipe has no mention of any bread added to it.
