Feroze Khan warned Sharmeed Obaid Chinoy in February to either apologize or else he will slap her with a legal notice, and that’s exactly what he did.
Khan was recently called out for being an alleged wife-beater on social media by many netizens as well as people from his own fraternity. One such woman to call him out was Sharmeen.
Chinoy had returned her Lux Style Award saying that she did not want to be associated with a platform that supports ‘alleged’ abusers.
However, Feroze Khan demanded an apology claiming that these are “baseless allegations” of domestic abuse made against him by his ex-wife Aliza Sultan.
Taking to his Instagram account, he shared a copy of a legal notice for defamation and damages stating, “@sharmeenobaidchinoy, it’s time for you to step up and prove your frivolous & defamatory allegations which you had levelled without making any enquiry whatsoever.
“The Hon’ble sessions court of district south Karachi has summoned you to appear and submit your response. let’s hope you do your homework properly this time. InshAllah the truth will prevail. One who levels allegations without any proof is doomed in this world and so also in the world hereafter”

Earlier, the superstar took to Instagram to share that he has taken action against Chinoy. While sharing a copy of the notice, he wrote,
“My legal team has served legal notice of defamation to Sharmeen Obaid-Chinnoy Sahiba. The law will take its own course now.” Chinnoy claimed to be an investigative journalist, but Khan remarked “however her conduct speaks otherwise”.

That’s not the only thing that happened, a number of celebrities, including Sharmeen Obaid called out Feroze Khan for allegedly leaking their private numbers and addresses, compromising their security.
The latter also shared multiple screenshots on their personal social media showing the consequences of privacy breach, resulting in harassing calls and messages.

Innocent Until Proven Guilty
