Pakistan’s fashion scene is making waves globally with renowned designer Mohsin Naveed Ranjha poised to make history as the first Pakistani to establish a standalone Design Studio in the prestigious Regent Street of London!

Renowned Pakistani fashion label, Mohsin Naveed Ranjha, is embarking on a significant brand expansion with the launch of a dedicated design studio in the heart of London’s luxury district, near Regent Street. Mohsin’s pioneering move marks a milestone for Pakistani couture, pushing its fashion influence to new heights.

The inauguration of the MNR Studio in London will be marked by a grand event on March 8, 2024.

Under the leadership of Creative Director Mohsin Naveed Ranjha, and managed by Managing Director Abubakar Naveed Ranjha, alongside Pakistan’s leading digital ecosystem experts, Cresset Tech, the MNR London studio will showcase regular Ready-to-Wear Collections, Luxury Capsule Collections, and Bespoke Bridal services for both men and women.

2024 Fashion Trends Waiting to Take Over The Year

Expressing his pride, Mohsin Naveed Ranjha stated, “The launch of our London studio fills me with immense pride. Showcasing the elegance of Pakistan through fashion, right in the heart of one of the world’s most esteemed fashion capitals, is exhilarating. The MNR brand has both ambitious and humble aspirations, and our entry into the London fashion scene is a significant stride toward realizing some of these dreams.”

MNR Design Studios originated in Gujranwala with its first bridal boutique in 2014, which saw immense success leading to expansions in major Pakistani cities like Karachi and Lahore. With a substantial international following, MNR has dressed numerous global celebrities, including Tan France, Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, and Jhanvi Kapoor.

Commenting on their global expansion, Abubakar Naveed Ranjha, Managing Director of MNR, said, “Venturing into the European market is a thrilling prospect for us. One such name that has made waves with its most recent Eid collection is designer Mohsin Naveed Ranjha.

Mohsin took it to social media to unveil his latest collection, ‘Radio Pakistan’ is an ode to Pakistan and a celebration to reflect the glorious years that the radio’s enriched sound spread happiness and hope in almost every household.

To honour the services of the station, the designer has gone with a beautiful colour palette along with traditional prints, meticulous embellishments, embroidery, skills, cotton net, Karandai, and iconic elements of the era to bind it all together.

While keeping tradition in the middle of the thought, the collection has been highly inspired by prominent Radio presenters and singers. Moreover, the shoot itself takes us inside the building where the magic began.

But, the one thing that struck out the most in this photoshoot was the choice of models. Breaking all beauty norms, models Riaz and Javeria have won the spotlight. Brands have started to show their inclusivity by celebrating plus-size talent and those who have darker and different skin.

Javeria Raheel is Pakistan’s first model with vitiligo; a non-contagious skin condition. Nonetheless, it did not stop her from achieving new heights as this wonderful woman has successfully modelled for top brands in the nation such as Outfitters, Manto, etc.

The man behind the wardrobe, Mohsin Naveed Ranjha has not only made a name for himself in Pakistan but also overseas. In 2018, Ranjha collaborated with Bollywood mega-star Ranveer Singh for a Filmfare magazine cover for menswear.
