The couple recently celebrated yet another milestone with one another in the most romantic of ways! They took some time away from the rest of the world and decided to make their 15th anniversary memorable by taking a trip to Bali.

Hassan Ahmed and Sunita Marshall‘s marriage is a great example of how people who belong to two different religions can be together, regardless of all the odds. Of course, there are challenges on the way to a successful interfaith marriage, but if you are determined to make it work, you are likely to live happily ever after. The key is to communicate. During an exclusive interview with Ahsan Khan on the show Time Out with Ahsan Khan, both the stars revealed how it went down the lane for them.
The duo met during work and dated for over 5 years. Ahsan asked Hassan to tell the audience how he was able to marry the supermodel. Hassan began saying, “I was head-over-heels after Sunita for five years. I used to message her, receiving no response for years, but they say when you want something, be stubborn about it.”
Hassan wished to settle, but the road to the end was difficult and full of complex questions. He said, “I was the first to initiate the idea of settling down, But Sunita’s parents downright refused the proposal. When we met after a couple of months, things fell apart, and we took a break for five months until we couldn’t stand being apart.”
Now, the couple has two beautiful kids together. Sunita said, “Our kids are 100% Muslim, but we don’t restrict them from celebrating any other festivities. On Christmas, they celebrate just like how it’s done in my family.”
