Sorry girls, it’s official! Shaheen Afridi has tied the knot with Shahid Afridi’s daughter Ansha in an intimate ceremony. Pictures and clips from the elegant and extravagant affair have been circulating on social media.
The dapper fast-baller looked like prince charming in his outfit. According to family sources, Shaheen Afridi and Ansha have signed their nikah nama but the rukhsati (seeing off) will take place later.
An image of a wedding card has also been circulating on the internet, but no family member has confirmed whether it is accurate or fake.
The star-studded event was graced by the presence of other esteemed athletes from the cricket fraternity, including Babar Azam, Sarfaraz, Hafeez, and celebrities like Adnan Siddiqui and many others.
As per sources, the nikkah took place in a traditional manner according to the Afridi tribal traditions.

#AnShaheen – Shaheen Afridi Always Wanted The Wedding to Come True
Previously in an interview after Shaheen Afridi and Ansha Afridi’s engagement, Shaheen shared that it was his wish to marry into Shahid Afridi’s household and tie the knot with Ansha.
“It was my wish and Alhamdulillah [thanks to Allah Almighty] it is fulfilled now,” Shaheen had confessed during the interview.
On being asked whether Ansha felt jealous about Shaheen’s female fans, he said: “I am not sure, maybe she feels something like that.”
The couple is now looking forward to a bright future together and fans are eager to see what the future holds for Shaheen Afridi on and off the cricket field.
