Some were fab, some, not so much. Ranging from easy to make items to one’s that require a lot of work, we have listed down below 5 food items that topped the list in 2021:
1 – Plant-Based Meals
Plant-based meals were the latest trend this year. People are aware of the downside of consuming enormous amounts of meat on their health and on the environment they live in. A block of feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and some seasoning put together to be baked for an hour does the job. Mix it well once baked and add pasta of choice. You may also cook the pasta in the oven. However, milk/cream must be added. Additionally, stir the pasta around to make sure everything cooks evenly.
