- Oreo Cookie Balls
For all the Oreo lovers out there, this dessert is a must try! You only need three ingredients for this one. Simply crush Oreos in a food processor into fine crumbs. Mix them with cream cheese in a bowl and freeze in the shape of balls using a scoop.
Once frozen (for 30 mins), dunk the balls into melted chocolate- For this you can use chocolate chips and melt them in the microwave for a few seconds to a minute.

- 8-oz of packed, softened cream cheese
- 14-oz of Oreo biscuits
- Pinch of salt
- 12-oz of melted chocolate chips

- Mango Cheesecake
This perfect no-bake summer cake is super rich, creamy and just melts in your mouth.
Note; if you are using mangoes that are fresh, make sure they are fully ripe and sweet. Canned mangoes can also be used to make mango puree.
Ingredients:
For the base: 225g biscuits (digestive preferably) + 7 tbs (100g) melted butter
For the filling:
- 2 cups (500g) mango pulp
- 2¼ cups (500g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbs lemon juice + Zest of a lemon
- 330g white chocolate
- 14g gelatin powder and 70ml cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the topping:
- 10g gelatin powder + 50ml cold water
- 300g mango pulp
- 3 tbs sugar + 100ml water

- 1 cup white sugar
