On days when you have those desperate ‘meetha’ cravings but feel too lazy to whip something up because every dessert takes hours to make? And who has that kind of time, especially after dinner or for a quick breakfast snack. We all love homemade desserts that are just as easy to make as they are comforting.
Here is a small list of 3 Quick & Easy 3-Ingredient Dessert Recipes that are simple to make but just so comforting and delicious!
1. Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
Serves 6
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup melted chocolate
How to Prepare
- Prepare a cupcake tin with 6 liners and stir peanut butter and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- Put 1 to 2 dollops of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover each dollop of peanut butter with more melted chocolate and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate has hardened.
- Remove peanut butter cups from the liners and enjoy a delicious snack
2. 2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes or 3-ingredient Chocolate Mug Cake!
Ingredients
- Bananas
- Couple of eggs (3 to 4)
- Coco Powder
How to Prepare
Banana Pancakes: Whip together a mashed banana with a couple of eggs, and cook it like pancake. You can always add some baking powder for extra fluffiness, vanilla essence for flavor, or chocolate chips for crunch and comfort.
3. 3 Ingredient Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 350 grated Chocolate Cookies; approximately 3 cups- measure the cookies once crushed into powder
- Milk (1 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
For extra flavour you can use chocolate chips, extra cocoa powder or Nutella.
