1 – Put ice cubes in your burger patties to prevent them from drying out
Controlling the temperature of the burning coals is quite a task, and while you are at it, you might end up with severely dry burger patties. Try pushing in an ice cube in the middle of a burger patty, and it will help keep your burger patty moist.
2 – Use an onion to clean your grill
A clean grill is key. Start right by cleaning your grill with half an onion. Pick a skewer and poke half an onion to its ending. Heat the grill and start rubbing to collect any leftover residue. This ensures your food won’t stick to the grill.
3 – Grill some lemon for a great lemonade
Places lemon slices with some sugar on the grill and wait for the magic to happen. Once each slice is grilled, take them off the grill, crush them in a jug, pour some ice and cold water to prepare an amazing smoky-tasting lemonade.
4 – Use a cast-iron skillet
People prefer vegetables as sides, especially when they know they will be having a lot of meat all week. Place a cast-iron on the girl side by side and prepare some vegetable sides to be consumed side-by-side with the meat.
5 – End it with grilling Marshmallows on the grill
When your coal is dying out, and the temperature is significantly low. This is the time to either prepare tea on the grill or grill some marshmallows to finish a great barbecue party.
