1. Mutton Chops

Ingredients for Mutton Chop Masala Recipe

• Mutton chops 750 grams
• Oil 3-4 tablespoons
• Cloves 4-5
• Black peppercorns 7-8
• Green cardamoms 3-4
• Cinnamon 1 inch
• Onions sliced 3-4 medium
• Ginger-garlic paste 1½ tablespoons
• Green chillies slit 3-4
• Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon

3. Tawa Mutton Boti

Ideally served with Hot Naan or Roti, Tawa Mutton Boti is a modern and relatively easy twist to regular mutton dishes.
