1. Mutton Chops

Cooked in a masala bursting with aroma and flavors, this sumptuous recipe is our favourite pick and will add variety and taste to your dinner menu on Eid day.  Have it with hot  roti, chapati or naan for that tongue tantalizing kick.

Ingredients for Mutton Chop Masala Recipe

• Mutton chops 750 grams
• Oil 3-4 tablespoons
• Cloves 4-5
• Black peppercorns 7-8
• Green cardamoms 3-4
• Cinnamon 1 inch
• Onions sliced 3-4 medium
• Ginger-garlic paste 1½ tablespoons
• Green chillies slit 3-4
• Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
• Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Tomato puree ½ cup
• Garam masala powder 1½ teaspoons

3. Tawa Mutton Boti

Ideally served with Hot Naan or Roti, Tawa Mutton Boti is a modern and relatively easy twist to regular mutton dishes.

• 800 gms of boneless mutton (cut into small pieces)
• 1 medium onion (roughly chopped)

• Turmeric 1 tsp
• Brain 2 large or 3 small
• Oil 4 tbs
• Onion large finely chopped 1
• Tomatoes medium finely chopped 2
• Water as required
• Red chili powder 1 tsp

• Whole spices powder 1 tsp
