“Guys, I’ve been working on this special project for two years and can officially say Rare Beauty is launching in @sephora stores in North America this summer! Follow @rarebeauty and become part of our beautiful community. Here’s a tiny sneak. There’s more to share AND I can’t wait.” Gomez said in the caption.”
This is definitely a big thing for Sel. Her album ‘Rare’ came out in January and later she announced that soon she would be launching her very own makeup brand ‘Rare Beauty’ which holds a meaning very deep and special.

Her recent album goes by the same name and she associated the name with her diary from a couple of years ago. Mostly all the lyrics are related to her relationship with Justin Bieber and we’re not surprised since the two shared a lovely bond in the past few years. Rare Beauty consists of 100-plus shades, 12 formulas and three tools. The launch includes the Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation, Liquid Touch Brightening Concealer, Always an Optimist Illuminating Primer, the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, the With Gratitude Dewy Lip Balm, the Lip Souffle Matte Lip Cream, Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner, Brow Harmony Pencil & Gel, the Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner and the Positive Light Liquid Luminizer.
Selena calls her products “clean and easy”. According to her conversation with ‘Interview’ magazine which was published on 13th of April. How Would ‘Rare Beauty Impact Fund’ Work
Rare Beauty announced on July 22 that it was coming up with the Rare Impact Fund as an initiative to raise money to increase mental health services. The brand mentioned in an Instagram post;
“Our goal with the Rare Impact Fund is to raise an ambitious $100 million over the next 10 years to help increase access to mental health resources, by starting with our very first sale, 1% of annual Rare Beauty sales will go directly to the Rare Impact Fund. But that’s not all. We’re committed to raising funds with numerous philanthropic partners to reach our goal. The Rare Impact Fund will help support the local, national, and global organizations that have a direct impact on the well-being of this amazing community.”

“Together, we are better, and because we know we can’t do this alone, we’ve established the Rare Beauty Mental Health Council comprised of leading mental health experts and professionals with lived experience to help steer our impact efforts.”
