Being gluten-free and purely vegan, this dry fruits milkshake is a healthy beverage as well as a great energy booster for anyone who feels weak due to the severely cold weather. It is very rich in calories, proteins, iron, and calcium, helps beat insomnia, prevents constipation, and even aids in overcoming nutritional deficiencies.
This milkshake is also very filling so you might want to skip a meal after having it. I used soy milk instead of regular milk because it offers a culinary diversity, a creamy texture, and a flattering nutritional profile which includes essential omega-3 fatty acids and flavonoids that exert antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cardioprotective properties. You can use regular milk or almond milk too.

Tips & Tricks:
- I used all my favorite dry fruits like almonds, pistachios, cashews, raisins, dates, dried figs, and a pinch of saffron in this milkshake. You can exclude any dry fruit you dislike or don’t have or increase/decrease its quantity as per your liking.
- You can even garnish the milkshake with chopped dry fruits if you like.
- If you have soft, dried figs and dates then no need to soak them.
- You can also soak the remaining dry fruits if you want.
