Global UGRAD, Aiman Khan organized a session to educate young girls of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regarding forms of abuse that have become the norm in the region.
The session took place last month, where students of primary and secondary schools joined Aiman in the self-defense training. The session focused mainly on how these young girls can protect themselves in difficult situations.
Khan said, “I believe it’s high time to educate young girls and make self-defense training as the first line of defense against any abuse. It is time to speak up because this is not just a problem for women; it concerns both you and me”.
