Bombay Borough: A Contemporary Indian Delight in Dubai
Located in DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre), Bombay Borough presents a fresh take on Indian dining. This two-story restaurant delivers a chic atmosphere, combining traditional Indian flavors with contemporary culinary techniques. The menu is designed for sharing, making it perfect for groups.

This special menu highlights time-honored recipes combined with a modern twist, transporting diners through the spice bazaars and Indian markets.
Each dish is made from handpicked ingredients that tell stories of tradition, flavor, and culture.
We went for lunch and found it to be the perfect spot with a delicious range of dishes that are served in the perfect sizes. The interiors are beautiful, especially the table with the tree which made it the perfect setting.
My favorites included the very crunchy and flavourful Froyo Papri Chaat, Anardana Paneer, Truffle Methi malai, and the Kerala Fish Curry.
The desserts too were a creative fusion of desi and contemporary. The Kaapi Rasgulla was beautifully presented with salted caramel ice cream and cocoa crunch and is highly recommended. The Malai Jamun was a modern version of the traditional ‘Ghulab Jamun’ with saffron pistachio mousse and gold dust.
For AED 245* per person, the tasting menu allows you to sample some of the best dishes on the restaurant’s menu, making it a great way to explore the range of flavors Bombay Borough has to offer. This venue provides the perfect mix of modern sophistication and authentic Indian comfort.

The dining experience was a fusion of Peruvian with Japanese and some dishes had a unique blend of both cultures. We started with spicy edamame, Chicken Sando, Avocado, and Yuzu Green salad followed by different types of raw and cooked sushi. The Yakitori grills were also a delicious blend of spices and meats.
The ambiance and stunning decor were a perfect setting for all the amazing food.
3. Ribs & Brews: More Than Just a Sports Bar
Located in Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, Ribs & Brews offers an elevated sports bar experience that blends the lively atmosphere of watching live games with high-quality American comfort food.
A popular attraction is a state-of-the-art golf simulator that is equally enjoyed by beginners and seasoned golfers. I tried it too and despite being a beginner, had a great time enjoying the immersive experience.
The menu features signature dishes like slow-cooked ribs, hearty burgers, and classic bar snacks, all made with high-quality ingredients that elevate traditional sports bar fare. Paired with an extensive selection of beers and craft cocktails, Ribs & Brews delivers a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience, perfect for sports fans and food lovers alike.
The Beef Shortribs are a must-try! Cooked for 18 hours, they are served on the bone with meat that is so soft that it melts in your mouth. You can choose from a variety of sauces, including House Signature, Texan BBQ, Sticky Honey Garlic, and Korean Gochujang BBQ. We tried almost all the sauces, but personally, the Korean Gochujang BBQ sauce was my favorite.
The sports bar is conveniently connected to three top hotels in the city: Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, V Hotel Dubai, and Habtoor Palace Dubai. This makes it easily accessible for guests staying in any of these luxury hotels, adding extra convenience for tourists and residents alike.

We visited the one ideally located adjacent to Dubai Mall on the second floor of the Public Restaurant Building.
