China Fashion Week (CFW) invited Pakistani designers from FPW 2021 to collaborate this year. Pakistani designer Maheen Khan confirmed the news on the micro-blogging site. If it hadn’t been that we were going through a pandemic, the fashion show wouldn’t have to be online.
In the last few years, cross-cultural associations with allies have increased in Pakistan. The invitation to the China Fashion Week (CFW) is an effort made by two countries to increase the cross-cultural association between them, keeping in mind that CPEC is rather taking its shape, and world leaders are finally recognizing its potential.
Fashion designer Maheen Khan said in a tweet: “I’m thrilled to announce that CHINA FASHION WEEK has invited FPW2021 to collaborate during China Fashion week, which is to be aired live. Collaborating with China Fashion week has been amazing for us. We hope to reciprocate the invite for FPW winter festive.”Â
