1. Mutton Chops

Ingredients for Mutton Chop Masala Recipe

  • Mutton chops 750 grams
  • Oil 3-4 tablespoons
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Black peppercorns 7-8
  • Green cardamoms 3-4
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Onions sliced 3-4 medium
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1½ tablespoons
  • Green chillies slit 3-4
  • Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Garam masala powder 1½ teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt ½ cup

Ingredients for Beef Biryani Recipe

  • 1/2 kg Beef
  • Basmati Rice 2 Cups
  • Few flakes garlic
  • 3 tsp Coriander powder
  • Dried coconut
  • 1 Inch stick cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 Cup onion
  • 1 Inch piece ginger

  • 500 grams mutton (with bone or boneless)

4. Peshawari Mutton Karhai

A simple yet delicious dish, Peshawari Mutton Karahi should be your go-to recipe for dinner this EID.  Here is an easy and fast method of making restaurant-style mutton kadhai without any frying of onion and tomatoes. Everything is cooked in a single pot.

Ingredients for Peshawari Mutton Karhai Recipe

  • 800 gms of boneless mutton (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 medium onion (roughly chopped)
  • 1 medium ripe tomato (roughly chopped)

  • Water 2-3 cups
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Brain 2 large or 3 small
  • Oil 4 tbs
  • Onion large finely chopped 1
  • Tomatoes medium finely chopped 2
  • Water as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole spices powder 1 tsp
